Credit Counselling provides a range of services, from help with budgeting to negotiating repayment plans with creditors. | Wigwamen administers the federal Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) in Peterborough County. RRAP offers financial assistance for low and moderate income homeowners for repairs and modifications that will bring their homes up to acceptable health and safety standards.
