Tenant Resources

The Housing Resource Centre, a program of Community Counselling and Resource Centre, provides a range of services to help people find and keep housing in Peterborough City and County. We serve all people living in the City and County, at all ages and stages of their lives. Our services are free and confidential, and are available by drop-in or by appointment. Appointments are needed for some services.

The following information is intended as a general guide for tenants. Landlords seeking information about their responsibilities and rights should contact the Landlord's Self-Help Centre or the Landlord Tenant Board.
